The professional skill assessment for the artists of State Academic Ensemble of Folk Song and Dance, Khan Khentii (ADB Khan Khentii Ensemble) has started today. The purpose of this assessment is to enhance the artists' knowledge and skills and to establish service culture and standards within the organization.
ADB Khan Khentii Ensemble has developed a training program aimed at improving the professional knowledge and service standards of its staff. As part of this program, a training session was held today by the "Personal Development Institute" NGO, conducted by D. Myagmardorj, an expert lecturer and trainer.
In the morning session, management executives and organization managers participated in a "Leadership for Effective Results" training, while the afternoon session focused on "Organizational Atmosphere, Smart Communication, and Service Standards" for all staff members.
D. Myagmardorj is an experienced professional, holding degrees in Linguistics and Social Management (Master's) and pursuing a Doctorate at BILD University, USA. With over 10 years of experience in public speaking, he is also the initiator of the "Result-Based Holistic Development" program and serves as its lead trainer.
The training program has been delivered across 21 provinces and over 200 soums in Mongolia, reaching citizens, businesses, and government organizations. In this session, employees from the Culture, Arts, Tourism, and Youth Departments also participated alongside the Khan Khentii Ensemble staff.
